“Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. It seemed nice in the dark. Everyone……

“Wifey and I celebrated our 20th anniversary there last year, liked it so much we went back again yesterday for 21st. Way cool ocean view king room was clean and comfortable.”

“I chose this hotel based on the photos online, but they were very misleading compared to what the property actually looks like in person. The room had a strong unpleasant smell and felt generally unclean. The furniture was old and worn down, and the entire space felt musty and not well maintained. The air conditioning also did not work well, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the condition of the room did not match what was advertised, and it felt like the property is not being……

“Met with a parking fee which is just a money grab scam as there is plenty of parking. Typical half the motel is empty but let’s put you in the back building upstairs between 2 other occupied rooms. So you have to carry your stuff up the stairs for zero reason. Breakfast was there but not much. Room was pleasantly nice though and ac was great for a change in a motel room.”

“There were places like the fan blades that had not been cleaned in sometime. There is a light right next to the entry door and when you open the door to go in, the flying bugs storm in. There were also pots and pans etc. but no range or similar. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I love little mom and pop motels but this was a bit gross. I also had a ocean view room, the windows were so dirty I couldn't see out thru the hase. oh, the room is maybe 10ft off of probably the busiest street……

“This was a perfect little place for a solo traveller; quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a short walking distance to everything like coffee, restaurants and shops. The beach was just across the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Traveller tip: the cajun restaurant across the street is a fantastic place for dinner.”

“This was was probably a nice little place in its day. It had a couple, now disused, bar areas. It was pretty clean, but the room had a slight musty odor. The shower ceiling paint was peeling and the water never got warm. After ten minutes of water running, I just sucked it up and took a super quick shower. It appears, to me at least, that to make ends meet they have rented out some rooms as low cost efficiencies. I'm not being judgmental, but it was obvious that the few people constantly sitting……
